Q: Do you take Aerial Photos?

A: Yes! I am Compliant with FAA Part 107. I have passed the FAA Airman Knowledge Test, have a Remote Pilot Certificate with a small Unmanned Aircraft Rating and my DJI Inspire 1 is registered with the FAA.


Q: Why should I hire you?

A: I'm a professional photographer. My high resolution photos capture a buyer's attention and you only have about 20 seconds to capture their interest. I have a combined 18 years of education and experience in photography to capture the best photos for you. I am a member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and I am committed to providing you with High Quality Images and service.  


Q:  What are Twilight photos?

A: Twilight Photos are are taken one hour before sunset and there are only a few open slots per week. Because this is a special session there is an additional fee.


 

Q: What are HDR Photos?

A: HDR Photos are multiple exposures combined into one image.  Here is a link to visualize the difference: HDR Photos


 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A:  Please be respectful of my time because there is only so much to go around. If you cancel the appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment there is a $75 dollar fee.  If I show up at the appointment and it is cancelled there is a $75 dollar fee plus 50% of the shoot will be added to the fee.


 

Q: Do you schedule Weekend Appointments?

A: Yes. There is a weekend appointment fee of $150 dollars. 


 

Q: Do I own the images?

A: No, all of our images are Copyrighted by Blue Bruin Photography and we license our images to you based on the package you choose. There are two options: Short Term(One Year License) and Long Term(Portfolio License). You are granted a license to use the images but you are not allowed to transfer, sell, barter, exchange or give away the images.


Q: How do I pay?

A: Payment is made online through PayPal or you can call with your credit card info. Payment is required before photos are released.


 

Q: Why are your photos so affordable?

A: We love photography and believe that EVERYONE should have access to great professional photos! 


Q: Are there late fees for unpaid invoices? 

A: Yes! There is a 10% late fee for invoices more than 30 days unpaid!

The 10% fee is added every 30 days until the invoice is paid in full.
